After 12 days of internationally acclaimed dramas, comedies, documentaries and shorts, the Closing Night of PFF / CineFest 09 jumped off with Festival favorites Michaela Majoun and Robert Drake presenting this year’s awards at the Prince Music Theater on Monday, April 6, 2009. Many winners were on hand to personally accept their awards, which were given out in over a dozen categories. The sellout crowd for the closing night screening of Lymelife was thrilled to have the film’s star Rory Culkin and screenwriter Steven Martini on hand to answer many probing questions. And another successful year ended on a note of casual elegance at G lounge.
